Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. There is no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want directly from the dashboard.
Are my clips saved if I cancel?+
You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account moves to the Free plan, which keeps projects and clips for 7 days: anything older is removed automatically. Download what you want to keep before then.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 hour of processing a month, 5 exported clips, and Copilot mode, with a watermark and 720p export. Paid plans unlock more hours, Automatic mode, 1080p export, and watermark-free clips.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit card, bank slip, and Pix. International payments via credit card.
Can I change my plan later?+
Yes. Pick the new plan on the plans page in the dashboard. It is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed, with your monthly limits renewed. Pricing is not prorated: you pay the new plan's price.
